工作內容

1. Role requirements include planning, development and troubleshooting
2. Responsible for database administration, performance, backup and recovery strategies
3. Work closely with the programming, infrastructure and data processing groups to ensure database standards and security are maintained
4. Function as a technical responsible for the database (MS SQL Server) health and performance of eCommerce property.
5. Primary responsible to 24X7 large database alert monitoring, and incident handling in a standard procedure of notification, problem resolving, tunes database performance to ensure defined business requirements, fulfill business growth and service level agreements are met
6. Will be overseeing databases in SQL 2008R2/2012 in areas such as performance tuning, impact analysis, backup/disaster recovery plan, security standard and naming convention, etc.
7. Develop tools to automate the deployment, administration, and monitoring of MS SQL Server in production environment.
8. Work with development teams or other supporting groups to harden, enhance, document, establish process and generally improve the database systems
9. Responsible for working with the data processing groups for successful delivery of their reporting requirements

條件要求

1. BS/MS ( preferred ) in Computer Science or equivalent
2. 3+ Years of experience in DBA, DB infrastructure with SQL 2005, 2008, 2012
3. Good on large-scale database system maintenance, security and networking knowledge
4. Good experience, troubleshooting and migration DB skill on MS SQL Server
5. 3+ Years of expertise in database administration, maintenance, optimization, tuning
6. Experience of management SQL Server Replication
7. Excellent communication skills and able to collaborate with the dev and infrastructure team to develop the best solutions
8. Experience on Internet eCommerce, Distribution Center is a plus
9. Experience with a 24x7, high-availability and disaster recovery environment is a plus
10. Experience with Windows platform in terms of administration and trouble shooting is a plus.
11. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
