We are currently hiring for Video Streaming Engineer professionals that will take part in:

1. Developing media streaming server
2. Reducing streaming latency and improving streaming stability
3. Improving streaming performance
4. Researching and introducing new streaming technology

1. 具備網路分析能力
2. 熟悉至少一種網路串流協定: RTP/RTMP/WebRTC
3. 具備 C/C++ 開發經驗
4. 熟悉 NAT 穿透技術
5. 良好的分析/解決問題能力
6. 良好的團隊協作能力

加分條件：

1. 架設串流伺服器經驗
2. 熟悉影像編解碼相關技術: H.264/H.265/AV1
3. 熟悉聲音編解碼相關技術: OPUS/AAC
4. 熟悉 QUIC/SRT



The following experiences are favored for this position:

1. Strong network analytical skills
2. Familiar with at least one of network protocols: RTP, RTMP, WebRTC
3. Good software development experience in C/C++
4. Familiar with NAT traversal
5. Strong problem solving and analyzing skills
6. Good communication and teamwork skills

Good to Have:

1. Experience in media streaming server
2. Experience with at least one of video encoding technologies: H.264/H.265/AV1
3. Experience with at least one of audio encoding technologies: Opus/AAC
4. Experience with QUIC/SRT
