【Job Responsibilities】
- Provide technical consultation and evaluate client needs, collaborating with the sales department to clearly convey the features and limitations of the company's technologies.

- Work with clients and interdisciplinary engineering teams to define technical requirements and specifications for new products, product revisions, internal technology development projects, or client projects.

- Establish Validation and Verification (V&V) plans for projects underway, collaborating with Assembly, Integration, and Test (AIT) engineers to design and conduct tests/experiments at various development stages.

- Assess project risks and industry standard compliance, collecting information across engineering disciplines to evaluate specification trade-offs and performance enhancement strategies.

- Define manufacturing specifications, product quality check items, and functional/environmental test standards for mature products or services.

- Understand the full lifecycle of satellites (design, manufacturing, testing, launch, mission execution), perform satellite component competitive and specification analysis, be familiar with system design trade-offs, conduct pointing error engineering, and mission simulation.

【Qualifications】

- Passionate about technological challenges and space exploration

- Experiences with space mission design, analysis, integration, testing, and in-orbit operations

- Experiences with requirements management, functional requirements parsing, derivation, and allocation; systems design, systems integration, technical risk identification, and Verification and Validation (V&V) principles.

- BS in engineering or related field.

- Strong technical writing, communication, and organizational skills

【Preferred Qualifications】

- Experiences with the development of one or more spacecraft subsystems, especially the Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC) system

- Experiences with the AIT activities or control system design of a spacecraft GNC
