職責：
- Hands-on 資料處理、演算法設計、機器學習建模
- 與跨領域(醫療)團隊及技術團隊共同優化資料處理流程及模型
Responsibility
- Hands on data processing, statistical analysis, algorithm development, and deployment in research and production
- Testing and maintaining models through A/B testing, retraining, supervising model performance
- Working with cross-functional medical, business, and technical teams to optimize data inputs according to model needs and outcomes
條件要求：
- 兩年以上機器學習、資料前處理及Python實務開發經驗
- 熟悉資料前處理工具，如numpy, pandas, scikit-learn
- 熟悉資料處理及機器學習相關演算法，如SVM, decision tree, k-means
- 能獨力完成從資料前處理至建模的完整機器學習流程
- 熟悉Deep Learning開發框架，如Pytorch, Keras, Tensorflow
- 熟悉 Git 版控
- 熟悉 Linux 操作

Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience developing and optimizing machine learning pipeline
- Strong programming skills in Python and command line usage
- Hands on experience in processing data and identifying patterns
- In depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms, such as SVM, decision tree, k-means
- Familiar with at least 1 deep learning framework, such as Pytorch, Keras, Tensorflow
- Knowledge of various machine learning techniques and key parameters that affect their performance

- 具備應用AI於醫療產業相關開發經驗者尤佳
- 熟悉資料庫者佳，如 MySQL, PostgreSQL
