ALPHA Camp is now looking for talented individuals to lead our business in the future. ALPHA Camp offers a challenging place to work and a collaborative learning environment. In the immediate term (first 9 months), the Management Associate (MA) will be a product manager and project manager in one. The role will be focusing on driving both the vision and the execution of our aspired student experience. You will be managing the delivery of important content development projects, influencing the roadmap of our learning product features, as well as designing the in-house analytics framework that inform the success of our product.
After that, the MA will work on various strategic initiatives, including new product roadmap, market expansion strategy, and fund-raising initiatives, etc. By working closely with our CEO (a MIT graduate, ex-Yahoo!er, and seasoned entrepreneur) and COO (an ex-BCG principal with a strategic mind and roll-up-the-sleeve attitude), you will develop and realise your full potential, while making a significant difference in a fast-growing start-up.
・Plan, manage, and deliver complex content development projects. Ensure projects deliver desired learning outcomes to our students while keeping them on time and within budget.
・Establish, maintain, and optimise our processes, tools, and communications to maximise team's efficiency and impact.
・Define and analyze metrics that evaluate the engagement and effectiveness of our learning programs and make recommendations for future content and product features.
・Establish data-driven, agile approach that reacts quickly to feedback from students, industry partners, and our content team.
・Work with our software development team to define, implement, and improve our online learning platform.
・Recruit and coordinate with our industry partners and mentors.
・Ensure excellent, proactive communication with all stakeholders.
・Ability to immerse yourself and take a "hands on" approach to completing assignments.
