Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced engineering manager who is experienced with building strong engineering team and passionate to share his/her wisdom with others. As a consultant, you will work with AMPOS management to build a result oriented and quality driven engineering team. This position will require travel within Asia. Working schedule and compensation are negotiable.

Requirements
- 10+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of SaaS software engineering management experience using an agile development process
- Proven ability to hire, mentor, coach and lead a team to success
- Ability to motivate people, instill accountability and achieve results
- Expertise in object-oriented design and implementation
- Experience building application development tools, APIs, and/or enterprise application platform software
- Strong communication skills
- Strong English proficiency

Nice to Have
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
- Experience with Jira
- Experience with managing multi-location engineering teams at SaaS enterprise software companies
- Experience with building engineering teams and software development process from scratch.
