Develop and manage channel sales partners in Asia
Understand the channel country landscape
Establish business targets and plans with channel partners.
Establish and maintain relationships with key personnel in partners.
Develop solid relationships with partner sales teams and work with them to achieve sales and growth targets.
Train and manage the product and sales knowledge / skills with partner sales teams. Equip partner sales team with sound product knowledge, sales skill, best practice and motivation to achieve preset targets.
Develop new sales channels and partners
Source, qualify, sign and develop new sales channels and partners to expand ANIWARE’s distribution channels
Develop and maintain community and customer relationship
Conduct and support event marketing activities including but not limited to seminars, user clubs as well as education and brand evangelism events.
Support customer development and relationship management

5+ years of Asia channel sales management experience. An ideal candidate has solid experience managing and working with distributor partners from Taiwan, China, Korea and Japan. Experience in pet related industries is a plus.
Entrepreneurial character, capable of developing and executing an effective sales strategy through country channel partners.
Resourceful and diligent in establishing new sales channels and partners. Proven capability of partner recruitment and enablement.
The perfect candidate is self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals with strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and commitment
Business planning and project management skills
Good English and Chinese communication skills. Knowledge of Korean and/or Japanese language would be a plus.
High computer literacy and ability to learn new software.
Organized and familiar with documentation software.
