Develop and manage channel sales partners in Asia
- Understand the channel country landscape
- Establish business targets and plans with channel partners.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key personnel in partners.
- Develop solid relationships with partner sales teams and work with them to achieve sales and growth targets.
- Train and manage the product and sales knowledge / skills with partner sales teams. Equip partner sales team with sound product knowledge, sales skill, best practice and motivation to achieve preset targets.
Develop new sales channels and partners
- Source, qualify, sign and develop new sales channels and partners to expand ANIWARE’s distribution channels
Develop and maintain community and customer relationship
- Conduct and support event marketing activities including but not limited to seminars, user clubs as well as education and brand evangelism events.
- Support customer development and relationship management
