➤ Business Operations | 運營
The Operations Team is the backbone for Anchor Taiwan’s mothership behind the scene. This position will give you a well-rounded exposure on all different areas from startup engagement, program curation, event execution, deal sourcing and more. You are an operational ninja who derives tremendous satisfaction from maximizing productivity.
* Operations: develop, implement and optimize SOPs for Anchor Taiwan's Entrepreneurial Residency Programs
* Vendor Discovery: develop and manage relationships with key operations vendors & partners
* Event Planning: be multitasking and detail-oriented while planning and executing some of the best startup events in town
* Logistics: set up an effective logistic database and handle administrative tasks
* Community Building: plan and execute team building activities and volunteer training sessions; assist with recruiting when necessary
* Hospitality: design and execute unique hospitality experiences to showcase Taiwan's strengths for overseas entrepreneurs, business leaders and government officials
* 運營管理：開發、執行並優化 Anchor Taiwan 創業家駐點計劃之標準作業程序(SOP)
* 廠商開發：發掘活動場地、廠商及社群夥伴並與其維繫良好合作關係
* 活動執行：大膽策劃、細心執行新創圈最獨特、最具深度的交流活動
* 後勤行政：設立並有效管理運營資料庫，執行行政相關業務
* 社群經營：企劃並舉辦團隊內訓活動、志工訓練，協助人力招募事宜
* 外賓接待：以專業態度呈現最台灣的待客之心，接待各國創業家、企業領袖及官方代表
Location: Taipei, Taiwan.

* Experience in management, operations, and leadership
* Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English

* Self-starter with great attention to detail
* We are a multidisciplinary team. You need to be open minded to handle tasks and develop skills also in BD and Marketing.
