Job Description:
BQool is looking for a positive teammate to provide our software by knowing how to use the software to improve the sales performance in the different marketplace of Amazon. You will support our customers in relation to use of BQool products, processing, and problems that they are encountering. Do you feel great while helping people to succeed? * Ability to speak, read, and write both English and Chinese on a business proficient level.
* Shift work (night shift from 9pm to 6am)
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively spotting and correcting any issue that could affect customer satisfaction by developing and implementing relevant plans and strategies to ensure the success of each account.
* Maintaining high levels of customer engagement with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty by ensuring that customer expectations are consistently met and that customers are able to fulfill their business goals with our software
* Communicating with customer via email and occasionally providing support and solving issues through Live Chat and over phone.
* Providing helpful and friendly customer support with a genuine interest in the wellbeing of each customer
* The desire to help others with team works
本職務一個月需在家輪值夜班一週，夜班津貼另計。
