Bitmark Inc. – a venture-backed software company – is looking for candidates to join our business development team.
You lead our marketing, driving an efficient marketing funnel that capitalises on our bottom up interest and supports our fast growing enterprise sales team, including activities such as lead nurturing, lead scoring, sales collateral and more.
Essential job functions:
．Lead all customer support activities. Initially you'll be the primary person executing as well
．Design, execute, and measure customer support programs that help customers understand our apps and services
．Collaborate cross functionally with product / engineering / business / operations
．Advocate for customer needs for training and services where needed
．Drive renewals of subscriptions
．Advocate for the overall health of relationships with Bitmark, acting proactively to address issues and concerns
．Drive upsell/upgrades of Bitmark Trade in customer business accounts
．Help map customers process and goals
．Over time, you will build out our customer support team
