｜Responsibilities｜

• Identify process and technology breakdowns in the organization, navigate through ambiguity, define a program or process to address complex problems, and implement solutions that improve the organization’s effectiveness.
• Plan and schedule for milestones, prioritize features/bugs, communicate progress internally/externally, coordinate cross functional resources, and escalate as required.
• Lead cross functional members to successfully execute and land projects.
• Manage competing priorities to deliver high quality solutions.
• Develop launch schedules, track key milestones, and create contingency plans for high-risk deliverables, and communicate priorities, risks, and schedules to the stakeholders.

｜Minimum Qualifications｜

• 3+ years experience with program management, has experience leading programs/projects independently
• Experience in driving software engineering projects with competing resources and priorities
• Effective organization skills, stakeholder management, project management, data analysis, and communication skills
• Good interpersonal communication and coordination skills
• Excellent oral and written communication in English is required

｜Preferred qualifications｜

• Fundamental understanding of software development, tools and processes
• Familiar with either front end, back end, SW QA or DevOps development
• Self motivated to learn and work in a fast scaling environment
• Experience with scaling teams, systems and processes
