Responsibilities:

•  Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating, and liaising with vendors and familiarity with contract negotiation
•  Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand. Determine quantity and timing of deliveries
•  Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses
•  Identify opportunities for cost savings and devise strategies to reduce expenses associated with the supply chain
•  Develop and effectively communicate supply schedules, priorities, and status updates to multiple internal supply teams
•  Strong leadership capabilities, lead cross-functional teams to improve organization efficiency, identify issues, develop solutions, and implement changes

【Minimum Qualifications】

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or other related disciplines
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, creativity, and strategic communication skills.
• Interest in market dynamics along with business sense
• Short-term travel requirements

• Familiar with mechanical parts and molding manufacturing processes
• Familiar with the model of OEM and ODM
