Firmware Engineer 韌體工程師

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Firmware Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and validating embedded firmware for innovative products that involve real-time control, hardware-software integration, and system-level functionality. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including hardware, software, and system engineers—to deliver reliable, high-performance solutions that meet product and customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement embedded firmware for microcontroller-based and hardware-software integrated systems.
• Develop, review, and maintain firmware specifications, design documents, and technical documentation.
• Conduct firmware verification and validation, including unit testing, integration testing, and system-level testing.
• Debug and resolve firmware issues to ensure product functionality, performance, and reliability.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in embedded firmware development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficient in embedded C/C++ programming.
• Experience using Git for version control.
• Hands-on experience with MCU platforms such as ARM, STM32, or NXP.
• Experience in bringing up new MCU platforms from scratch (8-bit, 16-bit, or 32-bit microcontrollers)

Preferred Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
