Job Description:
- Lead and create online customer acquisition marketing strategies, partnerships and promotional activities, including online (e.g. SEM, SEO, EDM) and offline campaigns (e.g. advertisements, roadshows, events)
- Monitor web traffic and marketing data, and make business recommendations and actionable insights to the management team
- Maintain the brand "voice" in traditional and social media (Facebook, Instagram), maintain and liaison with all sales channels stakeholders

- 帶領及制定市場營銷策略、異業合作、於網上（如網路優化、搜尋引擎行銷）及其他媒體（如平面廣告、街頭宣傳及公開活動）之宣傳活動
- 監察網頁流量及市場營銷數據，針對市場及公司情況提出建議，作適當調整
- 維持傳統與社交媒體（Facebook / Instagram）中的形象，定時更新與銷售通路的資訊
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar role (>4 years experience for the managerial role)
- Knowledgeable in multichannel marketing strategy, partnership planning & brand building
- Strong quantitative skills, understand key customer metrics & know-how in Facebook Advert & Google Ad
- Independent, strong marketing sense and multitasking capability
- Highly motivated with strong initiative, attention to details and ability to work under pressure
