Job Description:
- Lead and create online customer acquisition marketing strategies, partnerships, and promotional activities, including online and offline campaigns
- Monitor web traffic and marketing data, and make business recommendations and actionable insights to the management team
- Maintain the brand "voice" in traditional and social media (Facebook, Instagram), maintain and liaison with all sales channels stakeholders

Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role (>4 years experience for the managerial role)
- Knowledgeable in multichannel marketing strategy, partnership planning & brand building
- Strong quantitative skills, understand AARRR framework & know-how in Facebook Ads & Google Adwords
- Independent, strong marketing sense and multitasking capability
- Highly motivated with strong initiative, attention to details and ability to work under pressure
要求：
- 最少2年相關工作經驗 (管理職：>4年相關工作經驗)
- 了解市場營銷策略、注重細節與熱愛以數據分析支撐/挑戰使用者洞察
- 熟悉數位數據與操作邏輯（Google Analytics, SEO, Facebook和Google Ads廣告投放)
- 喜歡Think-out-of-box與沙盤演練一同建立/分析銷售漏斗 (Sales Funnel / Drip Campaign)
- 獨立思考、主動實作、掌握行銷預算驗證假說

- Phase 1 - CV screening and candidate shortlisting (2 weeks)
- Phase 2 - 2 rounds of Interviews with the team and GM (2 weeks)
