★ Responsibilities

 You will be responsible for developing Buyandship's next generation Price Comparison System (PCS). The PCS will help Buyandship users to compare prices across different online stores worldwide and help them to choose the right one. The PCS will also be used in areas such as ML-based recommendation services and marketing intelligence. In addition to development tasks, you will also be involved in designing and implementing the infrastructure (AWS) to support such systems. As we have over 1 million users and process huge amounts of money every day, you will need to write very secure and high performance code. It is a challenging but rewarding role. ★ Qualifications

- Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- At least 4 years experience in backend software development
- Solid experience in building scalable and fault tolerant systems
- Strong knowledge of one of the following languages: Node.js, Python, Java or Golang
- Must have solid experience with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL), experience with Elasticsearch a plus
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to work independently
- Attention to detail, a can-do attitude, and love learning new technologies and open-source projects
