Meet Our Team and Join Our Excitement!
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced QA Manager to join our rapidly growing team. As the QA Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all quality assurance activities within the organization and ensuring the delivery of high quality services to our users. You will lead the QA team, define and implement QA strategies, develop and execute test plans, and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous quality improvement.
Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and team management:
- Lead and manage the QA team, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing culture within the QA team that encourages knowledge sharing and professional growth.
2. QA Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy and roadmap that aligns with organizational goals and objectives.
- Define and establish QA processes, standards, and best practices and ensure compliance across projects and teams.
3. Test Planning and Execution:
- Design, develop, and execute effective test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough test coverage and high quality deliverables.
- Identify and prioritize test cases based on risk analysis and business requirements.
- Implement and maintain test environments, test data, and test automation frameworks to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
4. Defect Management and Continuous Improvement:
- Establish defect management processes, including defect tracking, triage, and resolution.
- Analyze test results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for process improvements and product enhancements.
5. Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, and customer support, to ensure alignment on quality goals and requirements.
- Communicate QA status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including regular reports and presentations, providing recommendations and insights on quality-related issues.
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a QA Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of software quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes, with a particular focus on test automation frameworks and tools.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
