工作內容

  • Manage end to end recruitment cycle for Carro's Taiwan, which include posting, screening and selection of candidates.
  • Handle HR operations including maintaining of empoyees database and records.
  • Responsible for end to end payroll processes including salary and statutory contribution's computation and payment.
  • Implement performance appraisal process that drives high performance and productivity for employees.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

條件要求

  • 3-4yrs of experience in HR Generalist role
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field

薪資範圍

NT$ 40,000 - 60,000 (月薪)
