Marketing BD (Partnership Opportunities)

工作內容

What you will be doing:

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and manage the day-to-day partnership activities with a focus on business growth.
  2. Cross-industry cooperation negotiation in various industries to plan online or offline marketing strategies and execution plans to acquire more new users and increase platform sales revenue through mutual guidance of member traffic, joint product exposure and sales to help the team achieve monthly goals
  3. Cultivate and identify new online partners and business development opportunities to drive traffic and new customers
  4. This includes regularly developing and inviting KOLs (group buyers, netizens, bloggers, Youtubers), through affiliate marketing cooperation, self-produced content by KOLs, with self-marketing traffic and advertising to reach new users and promote revenue conversion, or with big event periods to achieve the goal of achieving revenue, netting suitable KOL candidates for project cooperation and shelving
  5. Analyze all affiliate and partnership activities to understand the detailed performance and effectiveness of each campaign.
  6. Manage and develop affiliate partners and optimize the performance of existing affiliate partners to increase sales revenue.
  7. Monitor affiliate feedback and work closely with the technical team to improve processes.
  8. Update reports and provide analysis around ROI, campaign performance, buying patterns and site traffic for optimization.
  9. Manage contract revisions in English with the support of the legal team

條件要求

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Marketing or a related field
  • At least two years of relevant work experience. Prior experience in startup, VC and/or company building context as well as partnership/business development/project management is a plus
  • Open and out-going personality, eager to meet new people and companies
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Project management is your game; you strive in managing campaigns and keeping projects in line with the outlined budget and timeline
  • Numbers are your friends! You have strong analytical abilities to convert performance data to stories and identify the highs and lows
  • We’re looking for driven, motivated people to join our team! You have a drive to achieve your goals, and is constantly hungry to learn or try out new things
  • Tough issues? No problem, you are a creative problem solver who loves applying new ideas to solve issues at hand
