Senior Business Analyst 資深商業分析師 ( Business Analyst)

What you will be doing:

•   Ideate and develop high impact commercial strategies and projects, interfacing with cross-functional teams in Carro, to improve selling/ buying experiences in Carro and grow the business(acquisition, sales optimisation, margins improvement, inventory management, warehouse operations)

•        Work with function stakeholders to derive projects that enable business improvement and transformation

•        Project manage the execution of identified strategies and projects, working and communicating closely with business stakeholders

•        Establish and drive continuous improvement / automation of processes to collect and analyse data, monitor progress and ensure accurate and timely diagnostic of the business performance

•        Be the oracle to analyse trends and take a critical view of the existing business strategy to anticipating risks, uncover areas for improvement, and develop / implement solutions

•        Communicate and present findings and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders in a structured manner

What you will need:

• 3 years and above of experience in business intelligence/data analytics in tech/e-commerce or fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field

• Working experience from management / strategy consulting firms is a bonus
• Superb business acumen with a desire to manage your own business
• Possess in-depth knowledge / defined involvement in helping frame, design and execute solutions for challenging business conditions
• Highly analytical and able to generate and present meaningful and actionable data-backed analysis in a structured manner
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL) is a bonus, otherwise the willingness to learn on the job is required
