工作內容

Job Description:
1. In charge of Taiwan & ACAP pre-sales and technical service & solution support
2. Work with client by nurturing business relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, mapping customer requirements and present company product and solutions, offering solutions for technical supports.
3. Update of technical documentation: Manual, FAQ, etc.

條件要求

Qualifications:
1. 5-8 years' experience in Pre-Sales or technical support field
2. Capable in creating job protocol and has flexibility to work in the start-up situation.
3. Experience at least in one of below area
-AI
-Network security
-Android smartphones (ARM architecture)
4. At least Four-year college degree from an accredited institution in relevant fields
5. English fluently spoken/listened/written/read
6. Commercially astute, strong sales presentation skills, persuasive and influential
7. A team player with leadership quality, excellent communication, analytical, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
