工作內容

On our team, you’ll respond to client requests via email and live chat.
Many clients write in about issues related to COBINHOOD, and you will execute SOP to answer users’ inquiries and questions to enhance user experience, satisfaction and loyalty.
You’ll also respond to general support, trading, and other questions or requests from clients.

薪資範圍

面議(經常性薪資達4萬元)
