About us：

在投遞履歷之前，Arc & Codementor 工程師徵才資訊可以幫助你了解更多關於我們工程團隊的文化，也預先解答了許多關於公司/團隊運作的疑問，希望能幫助各位做出更完善的評估！

• 在每個產品功能開發週期，與團隊成員們共同討論出最有信心幫助團隊達成目標的關鍵功能以及制訂產品上線時需要追蹤的關鍵數據。
• 與前端工程師和產品設計師合作將每一個細節轉化成完美的流程體驗，進而打造出細緻精巧的產品呈現給用戶。
• 共同檢視與討論產品功能上線後所收集到的數據及用戶回饋，並在接續的開發週期中修正。
• 討論、實作、review 程式碼，產出兼顧可讀性與可維護性的程式碼。
• 將系統的架構與各種取捨透過寫文件的方式記錄下來，幫助其他同事瞭解。
• 檢視並改進系統的 scalability 與 availability，遵循 SRE 的 best practices
• 與其他同事合作，診斷並修復 bug。

希望至少具備：

• 熟悉一門或以上的程式語言 (Ruby, JavaScript, Python, Golang, C++, Java, PHP)
• 熟悉 Web Development，實作具有良好語義的 API
• 熟悉關聯式資料庫
• 良好英語閱讀及寫作能力

Nice to have：

• 熟悉 Ruby on Rails, Sidekiq, RSpec
• 熟悉 PostgreSQL
• 熟悉 AWS, Heroku
• 熟悉 Prometheus
• 熟悉 Elasticsearch
• 熟悉 Grafana
