Role Overview

This position reports directly to the CEO and acts as a multi-functional integrator for company operations. You will start by ensuring smooth day-to-day administration and operations, covering HR, finance tracking, compliance, and cross-functional coordination, so that the CEO can focus on strategy and external growth.
As the company expands, this role will gradually take on more responsibilities, including investor relations, government funding applications, business development, and external representation. Ultimately, you will grow into a strategic partner to the CEO.
We are looking for a proactive, reliable problem-solver who can adapt to a fast-changing startup environment, handle challenges independently, and drive results with resilience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operations & Administration: Handle daily office administration, HR processes, contracts and procurement, finance tracking, and compliance; coordinate with external legal and accounting partners.
  • Project & Cross-functional Coordination: Support the CEO in driving project progress, aligning teams, and ensuring smooth execution of initiatives.
  • Documentation & Presentation Support: Prepare meeting materials, minutes, and presentations; support government grant and funding application documents.
  • CEO Support: Assist with scheduling, communications, and follow-ups to ensure the CEO can focus on strategy and external growth.
  • Advanced Responsibilities (as the company grows):
    • Assist with investor relations and fundraising decks.
    • Lead or support government funding and grant applications.
    • Represent the company at events, conferences, and partner meetings.

工作內容

  • 營運與行政管理: 負責日常行政、人資流程、合約與採購協調、財務數據追蹤與內外部合規,並與法律、會計顧問合作。
  • 專案與跨部門協調:協助 CEO 推動專案進度,跨部門溝通與資源整合,確保專案如期落地。
  • 文件與簡報支援:準備會議資料、紀錄與簡報,支援政府補助申請、外部合作文件整理。
  • 其他行政支援:協助 CEO 規劃與統籌行程、重要會議與對外溝通,確保日常營運與對外互動順暢,讓 CEO 能專注於策略推進與業務拓展。
  • 進階任務(隨公司發展逐步承擔):
    • 投資人關係與募資簡報準備。
    • 政府補助與外部資金申請。
    • 商業拓展與對外代表,參與活動、展會與合作洽談。


 


 

條件要求

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of professional experience, ideally in operations, administration, or project management; startup or fast-paced environment experience is a strong plus.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across functions.
  • Independent, solution-oriented mindset with the maturity to handle challenges.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin for professional communication and presentations.
  • Bonus: Experience in biotech, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences; prior experience in grant applications or investor presentations.

任職資格

  • 商業管理、企管或相關科系學士以上學歷。
  • 3–5 年以上工作經驗,具行政/營運/專案管理經驗者佳;具新創或快速成長企業經驗尤佳。
  • 中英文能力優秀,能自信進行簡報與溝通。
  • 具備成熟度、獨立性與批判性思考能力,能冷靜應對挑戰並提出解決方案。
  • 擅長專案管理與跨部門協調。
  • 加分條件: 具生技、醫療、製藥或生命科學產業背景;有補助申請或投資人簡報經驗。

薪資範圍

NT$ 40,000 - 70,000 (月薪)
