Engineering Manager

We're looking for a driven salesperson who's a problem solver to build business relationships and close deals in international markets such as LATAM and Europe.

This is the highest-level engineering role on the team. You will:

1. Manage the eng team of 7 headcounts (most to be hired)
2. Hire A+ engineers
3. Directly report to the CEO
4. Face English-speaking investors and customers

Who We're Looking For

• 2+ years of engineering management experience
• 5+ years of engineering experience (Cooby using Go, Python for the backend; React for the frontend).
• 2+ years of startup experience
• Proficient in English reading and writing
