工作內容

We're creating a new product category that's solving a huge pain right now: turn instant messaging into a sales secret weapon.

We're looking for a driven salesperson who's a problem solver to build business relationships and close deals in international markets such as LATAM and Europe.

We strongly believe in the growth and development of each new hire. We hire people that are intellectually curious and strong advocates for their customers, capable of deeply understanding the customers in the respective countries.

You'll report to CEO (Wen) directly, and work closely with Marketing and Product to execute and iterate on Cooby's go-to-market strategy.

You Will

  • Drive Sales End-to-End: Your focus will be on generating leads, building strong relationships with prospects, do follow-ups rigorously, and close deals in LATAM and Europe.
  • Offer Strategic Input: Through your first-hand experience with customers, you'll contribute to shaping the ideal customer profile (ICP).
  • Develop Channels: You'll work with the marketing team to experiment channels to reach leads that match ICP.

Who We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2+ years of sales experience or relevant background that prepares for sales roles
  • Aside from English proficiency, you speak either Spanish or Portuguese fluently.
  • You should be able to forge and maintain good business relationships and relentlessly follow up.
  • Ability to deliver results on time.
  • A self-starter who can find creative, problem-solving approaches and adopt tools to improve productivity.
  • Self-discipline - you'll manage your own schedule, so you need strong self-discipline
 
Bonus Points
  • You've done sales for SaaS products
  • 1-2 years in sales or other customer-oriented background (support, customer service)
  • Experience working with teams across various locations

 

Work Hours

Our primary markets are in Europe and LATAM, necessitating a shift in work hours from the standard 9 AM - 5 PM to 3 PM - 12 AM Taiwan time, including a one-hour dinner break.

While it won't be necessary to work every evening, we do expect a commitment to at least three (3) evenings per week.
