As a part of the product management team for CoolWallet, the Project Manager will focus on managing the outsourcing IT projects’ timeline to ensure delivery and act as the communication hub between internal IT team and external IT partners/developers.
The Product Manager will mostly focus on the product development of CoolWallet and act as the product owner of the product. By providing new product insights and ideas that drive the growth of one of the most promising crypto startups in the world, which was nominated as the worldwide Blockchain 50 companies by CB Insights in 2020, the Product Analyst can seize an exciting opportunity to participate in an epic-changing industry and company which will define the market trends for the upcoming decades just like the internet did in the 90s.
Responsible for product design, planning, drafting PRD requirements and interactive documents, and designing product roadmap
Manage product development process including managing backlogs, prioritizing user stories and tasks in sprints and writing user stories and tasks effectively
Equipped with a user-focused mindset to understand users needs and pain points to develop requirements and product solutions through rigorous analysis
Manage cross-functional and cross-department communication and coordination to ensure product quality and progress, and completion of product milestones
Manage the outsourcing IT projects’ timeline to ensure on time delivery
Act as the communication hub between internal IT team and external IT partners/developers
Facilitate external partners to use CBX’s SDK signing tools' to increase the speed of supporting new coins/chains of the cold wallet products
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
Work effectively with internal and external clients, third party vendors and Senior Management in accomplishing project objectives
Accomplish other ad-hoc projects that is required by managers
3+ years of IT and business experience in strategic planning, development, implementation, outsource partnership management and maintenance of SDK related and devops platforms
Familiar with software SDK related concepts and IT structures and be able to contribute to internal and external development documentations
5+ years of project management and related experience.
Experienced in technical document writing and planning.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent work experience required
Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
Proven ability to solve problems creatively
Experienced seeing projects through the full life cycle
Excellent analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
Understanding of Blockchain, trading platforms, software development and business will be a plus
Strong logical thinking ability and excellent command of spoken and written English
Good collaboration and communication ability, fast learner and perseverance
