這個職位將負責:

  • 營運並管理公司及客戶的社群平台帳號(Facebook、Instagram、LinkedIn等)。

  • 撰寫、規劃並發佈社群貼文,負責貼文從撰寫到客戶審核流程的協調與溝通。

  • 粉絲社群經營(留言互動、私訊回覆、關係維護),提升品牌好感度與粉絲黏著度。

  • 基本美編素材製作(靜態貼文、GIF動圖等)。

  • 擬定與執行行銷行事曆(Marketing Calendar)。

  • 協助網站內容管理與更新。

  • 追蹤時事議題與社群趨勢,靈活應用於內容規劃。

  • 使用社群聆聽工具(如Brandwatch或類似工具)進行輿情監測、趨勢分析與報告撰寫。

  • 支援主管或團隊專案,並具備逐步建立社群營運部門的潛力。

Job Description:

  • Operate and manage both company and client social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Write, plan, and publish social media content, including coordinating and communicating the content review and approval process with clients.

  • Manage and engage with the fan community (e.g., replying to comments and DMs, maintaining good relationships) to enhance brand affinity and follower retention.

  • Create basic visual materials (e.g., static posts, GIFs).

  • Develop and execute the marketing calendar.

  • Assist in managing and updating website content.

  • Monitor current events and social media trends and incorporate them creatively into content planning.

  • Utilize social listening tools (such as Brandwatch or similar platforms) to monitor public sentiment, analyze trends, and prepare reports.

  • Support team or supervisor projects and demonstrate potential to gradually build and lead a social media operations team.

  • 至少3年以上社群營運經驗(尤其是有客戶協作經驗者佳)

  • 具備粉絲互動、留言管理、社群危機應對經驗

  • 熟悉Facebook、Instagram、LinkedIn平台操作與廣告投放基本知識

  • 熟悉Google Analytics及SEO基本概念

  • 熟悉Brandwatch、Talkwalker或其他社群監測工具者優先

  • 英文聽說讀寫流利(因跨國溝通需求)

  • 具備專案管理與自我管理能力,能適應快速變動的工作環境

  • 有創新精神,願意學習新工具與新方法

Future Career Path:

This role offers the potential to lead a small team in the future, delivering full-service social media operations (takeover model) for client brands.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of social media management experience, especially in client-facing roles.

  • Ability to independently write social media copy and create basic visual designs.

  • Experience in community engagement, comment moderation, and social media crisis management.

  • Proficiency in using Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and basic knowledge of social media advertising.

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and fundamental SEO concepts.

  • Experience with social listening tools such as Brandwatch, Talkwalker, or others is a plus.

  • Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) due to cross-border communication.

  • Strong project and self-management skills; ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

  • Creative mindset and willingness to learn new tools and methods.

■ Taiwan + Western public holidays (a total of approximately 31 days off in 2024).

薪資範圍

NT$ 42,000 - 45,000 (月薪)
