[主要職責 Responsibilities]

1. 熟練運用各種設計工具（如Adobe, Figma等），並且精通設計系統的運用，創建統一且可擴展的設計。

2. 以用戶為中心的設計（UCD）：深入理解UCD原則和方法，以在各種設備上創建直觀的用戶體驗。

3. Wireframe 和 Prototype：能夠將概念轉化為線框圖、原型和用戶流程，從而實現有效的用戶互動。

4. 設計問題解決能力：能夠識別設計問題並提出有效的解決方案，同時根據用戶反饋進行迭代。

5. 與產品經理、開發人員以及跨職能團隊合作，支援開發實作過程並確保設計流程順暢。

[任職資格 Qualifications]

1. 能熟練運用各種設計工具（如Adobe, Figma等），並且擁有UI/UX設計經驗者。

2. 精通Figma的工具操作，且熟悉設計系統與元件庫建立的方法、Prototype製作。

3. 用戶研究與測試經驗：能夠進行用戶研究、易用性測試、A/B測試以支持設計決策。

4. 擁有基本前端知識如：HTML  CSS，了解設計的實現上與技術限制的相互關係。

5. 熟悉社群平台產品尤佳。

6. 有敏捷開發經驗者尤佳。

CreatorDB is looking for a creative and insightful UI/UX Designer to join our team. Our mission is to build a platform where anyone can run influencer marketing campaigns efficiently. As part of our team, you’ll help deliver top-notch creator data analytics and marketing match-making experiences, empowering users to explore scalable influencer marketing opportunities and achieve their goals more effectively.

[Responsibilities]

1. Use design tools (such as Adobe, Figma, etc.) with confidence and apply design systems to create consistent and scalable designs.

2. User-Centered Design (UCD): Apply UCD principles and methods to craft intuitive experiences across different devices.

3. Wireframing & Prototyping: Turn ideas into wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that support smooth user interactions.

4. Problem-solving: Identify design challenges and propose effective solutions, iterating based on user feedback.

5. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams to support implementation and ensure a smooth design process.

[Qualifications]

1. Proficient in tools like Adobe and Figma, with hands-on UI/UX design experience.

2. Advanced knowledge of Figma—especially in design systems, component libraries, and prototyping.

3. Experience in user research and testing (e.g., usability testing, A/B testing) to inform design decisions.

4. Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS), and an understanding of design-to-development handoff and technical constraints.

5. Familiarity with social media platforms is a plus.

6. Experience with Agile development is a plus.

2. 三年以上具備使用者介面設計、SaaS等經驗

3. 語文能力：中文母語、英文程度中、高級（B2以上）

4. 歡迎提供相關的作品集與經歷，以助於展現您具備UI/UX設計的能力

1. Bachelor’s degree or experience in product design, interaction design, or visual design.

2. 3+ years of experience in UI design, especially in SaaS products.

3. Language: Native Chinese speaker with intermediate to advanced English proficiency (B2 or above).

4. A portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work is highly encouraged.
