Position Summary:
As a Content Marketing Specialist at CreatorDB, you will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and managing high-quality content to drive engagement, conversions, and brand awareness. Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Execution: Develop and optimize high-quality content, such as blog articles, landing pages, emails, social media, long-form content (e.g., reports, whitepapers, ebooks), etc. to engage the audience and improve conversion rates. Focus on content execution that aligns with the company’s goals, ensuring content is impactful and meets performance benchmarks.
SEO & SEM Execution: Implement and optimize SEO strategies (on-page and off-page) and support the execution of paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads) to drive traffic and convert leads. Execute content optimization tactics based on SEO best practices to improve search rankings and visibility.
Social Media Marketing & Engagement: Create social media marketing content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), and YouTube. Focus on increasing brand presence, audience engagement, and developing thought leadership.
Marketing & Cross-Functional Content Support: Support the development and execution of content for webinars/events, sales materials, internal communications, and etc. Work closely with the team to ensure content consistency, brand alignment, and campaign effectiveness.
Data Analysis & Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., traffic, conversion rates, bounce rates, etc.) to evaluate content performance. Analyze performance metrics to refine content strategies and execution, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with company objectives.
Industry Awareness & Trend Monitoring: Stay informed on trends and innovations in the creator economy, influencer marketing, and digital marketing. Leverage industry knowledge to adapt content marketing tactics, ensuring CreatorDB remains competitive and relevant in a rapidly evolving market.

Fluency in English: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
2+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in content marketing, social media marketing, or digital marketing.
Content Writing Expertise: Exceptional writing skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to create diverse content formats, including short-form, long-form, and in-depth content, while maintaining brand voice and audience engagement.
SEO Knowledge: Understanding of basic SEO, keyword research, and content optimization techniques to improve organic reach and search rankings.
Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical skills, with experience using tools like GA4, Google Search Console, and SEMrush to track performance and refine content strategies.
Strong Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with excellent time management and the ability to handle multiple projects efficiently.
Influencer Marketing & B2B Experience: Familiarity with influencer marketing or B2B marketing strategies.
Campaign & Lead Generation Experience: Experience in managing ads, marketing campaigns, and lead generation initiatives.
Video & Audio Editing: Advanced skills in video and audio editing.
