【Job Responsibilities】
Identify, recruit, and manage influencers and content creators within the Chinese-speaking and English-speaking markets (and/or overseas markets).
Cultivate strong relationships with creators, lead negotiation processes, and oversee end-to-end campaign collaborations.
Drive performance by mastering internal tools to track metrics, while actively participating in team coaching to accelerate professional growth.
Collaborate closely with team members and leadership to achieve collective company goals.
Manage administrative workflows, including the preparation and filing of contracts, invoices, and essential documents.
Proactively monitor the progress of each collaboration to ensure creators meet deadlines and deliverables.
Assist in identifying new influencer marketing opportunities, contribute creative campaign strategies, and strive to maximize brand exposure.
Handle additional tasks as assigned by management.
【Qualifications】
Deep understanding of the English-speaking influencer landscape and content creator ecosystem.
Native-level proficiency in Chinese combined with Professional-level English. Capable of high-quality written communication with native speakers and assisting with translation tasks.
Excellent email communication skills and professional etiquette.
Highly detail-oriented with a strong spirit of team collaboration.
Operational knowledge of major social media platforms, specifically YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
Genuine passion for social media trends and digital platforms.
Self-motivated, responsible, and eager to learn and grow within a startup environment.
【Preferred Qualifications】
Proficiency in a third language in addition to Chinese and English (capable of translation or business communication).
Experience with project management software (e.g., Trello, Notion) and proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for data analysis.
Strong familiarity with video content trends (YouTube / Instagram / TikTok / Facebook), or personal experience managing a self-media channel.
Prior experience in influencer management, business development, or having an existing network of creator connections.
【Salary】
● Monthly salary from NTD 38,000 and above, negotiable based on relevant experience.
● Additional bonuses provided according to company incentive policies.

● Standard working hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with early dismissal at 4:30 PM on Fridays.
