工作內容

As the primary liaison between CreatorDB and our brand clients, you will be responsible for the execution and management of influencer and creator marketing campaigns.
You will coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project progress, high-quality deliverables, and consistent communication. Acting as a professional representative of the company, you’ll maintain strong client relationships and build trust.
Beyond understanding and meeting client needs, you’ll also play an advisory role — educating clients on best practices and realistic expectations in creator marketing when necessary.

作為 CreatorDB 與品牌客戶之間的主要窗口,負責網紅/創作者行銷專案的執行與管理。

你將在品牌端與內部團隊間協調,確保專案進度、成果品質及溝通一致性,同時代表公司展現專業,維護客戶關係並建立信任。

除了理解與滿足客戶需求,也需要在必要時教育客戶,協助他們了解創作者行銷的最佳實踐與合理預期。

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with brand clients to understand their marketing goals and develop corresponding campaign execution strategies.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (creator coordination, data analysis, content review, etc.) to ensure smooth project delivery.

  • Oversee the content creation process with influencers to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and timelines.

  • Analyze campaign performance and generate reports with actionable insights and optimization suggestions.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term collaboration.

  • Provide professional guidance to clients when needed, helping them understand project constraints, workflows, and marketing logic.

。與品牌客戶溝通,理解其行銷需求與目標,制定對應的執行策略。

。與內部團隊合作(創作者協調、數據分析、內容審核等),確保專案順利推進。

。監督創作者內容產出流程,確保符合品牌要求與時程。

。分析活動成效並產出報告,提供優化建議與後續合作方向。

。建立並維護良好的客戶關係,確保高滿意度與長期合作。

。在必要時以專業角度教育客戶,協助其理解專案限制、執行流程與行銷邏輯。

Qualifications:

  • Native Mandarin speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English (business proficiency or above).

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, project management, brand servicing, or advertising agency roles.

  • Familiar with social media platforms and the creator ecosystem (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).

  • Strong cross-functional communication and coordination skills, capable of handling both client and internal stakeholder management.

  • Logical thinking, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to remain professional under pressure.

  • Good understanding of marketing strategies and the ability to balance client expectations with company priorities.

。中文為母語,具備優秀的中英文溝通與書寫能力(英文達商用等級以上)。

。1–3 年行銷、專案管理、品牌服務或廣告代理公司經驗。

。熟悉社群平台與創作者生態(YouTube、Instagram、TikTok 等)。

。擅長跨部門溝通與協調,能同時面對客戶與內部團隊。

。具備邏輯思維、談判與問題解決能力,能在壓力下保持專業。

。對行銷策略具理解力,能在「滿足客戶需求」與「維護公司立場」之間取得平衡。

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in a third language (e.g., Japanese, Korean, Thai, etc.) is a plus.

  • Experience in client management or consultative sales.

  • Experience in influencer marketing, content review, or creator partnerships.

  • Familiarity with Notion, Google Workspace, Trello, or other project management tools.

Employee Benefits

  • Regular working hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with early dismissal at 4:30 PM on Fridays.

  • In addition to Taiwan’s national holidays, we do not work on Saturday make-up days and also observe Jewish holidays and select Western holidays.

  • Performance-based monthly bonuses with no cap, calculated based on individual and team achievements.
    (On average, team members receive around NTD 45,000 in monthly bonuses on top of their base salary.)
