CreatorDB is an influencer marketing software platform plus agency focused on using big data analytics with AI to help companies efficiently run marketing campaigns with social media creators in terms of time and cost.
Our office, located in Taipei, is composed of team members from many countries in a friendly and international environment. AND we are now looking to fill a starting role in Sales, in a fast-paced start-up environment. The SDR team plays a critical role in driving our “outbound” growth by identifying prospective customers, sparking their interest, and booking qualified appointments with Account Executives.

Job Responsibilities:
●     As a US SDR your goal is to qualify & develop prospective US clients
●     Perform outbound cold emailing, messaging & in person meetings to generate leads
●     Research and qualify client opportunities & product market fit
●     Generate leads with contacts information
●     Prospect contacts with modern outreach strategies (HubSpot, Lemlist, Sales Navigator etc.)
●     Create and maintain a pipeline of contacts of prospective US clients
●     Present and articulate product features & benefits
●     Weekly report of main KPIs and projects to direct supervisor

Job Requirements
●     Energetic, disciplined, upbeat, team player & determination to achieve measurable goals
●     Excellent communication & email writing skills in English
●     Objection handling experience
●     Outstanding relationship-building skills with a high degree of responsiveness and integrity
●     Able to learn and understand product solutions and features
●     Clear and demonstrated understanding of sales processes, social media, and the creator economy

Education/ Work experience:
●     Familiarity with US business practices and confident talking to US prospects
●     Have lived or worked in the US for at least 5 years
●     Bachelor's or equivalent degree with 1-3 years of job experience in the US
●     A degree in Business or Sales related fields is a plus

Salary Structure: Fixed salary 40K - 48K (depending on seniority) + performance bonus average 15K (monthly, depending on achieved goals)

薪資範圍

NT$ 40,000 - 63,000 (月薪)
