• Plan and improve hiring processes
• People operations strategy and planning
• Set up company regulation, employee records, personnel files, and company policy
• Monthly salary and benefit payments of labor insurance
• Plan employee performance annual review
• Instructions for newcomer and on-job training

• 3 to 5 years of experience in people operations

• Familiar with labor law and labor insurance act

• Excellent communication, organizational, and analysis skills, good observation.

• Responsive, flexible and able to work under pressure

• Have a good sense of humor
