You will be responsible for the entire lead-to-purchase funnel. In charge of leading all aspects of external online acquisition strategy from awareness, consideration, to conversion across channels. What you’ll do

Manage, set up, measure and optimize all paid marketing campaigns to achieve leads and sales goals.
Manage website and initiate new tactics or testing plans to optimize performance for CPA, ROAS and CVR.
Measure and report on results of all campaigns for future success.
Collaborate with content team to maintain a consistent brand voice across all paid channels and build nurture funnels for non-converted leads.
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends to increase sales & lower the cost.


- Must love, love, love babies!
- Professional fluency in English & Chinese
- 3+ years of marketing experience with conversion funnel.
- In-depth knowledge of various paid marketing channels (e.g., Google AdWords, Facebook, Instagram)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills: knowledge of marketing analytics, testing and research tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify, MailChimp, CrazyEgg)
- Solid management and communication skills; lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners to keep projects moving forward.
- Willing to wear multiple hats; enjoy working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment.
- Bonus skills: experience in Amazon or Shopify is a big plus.
