Continuing our success in the Taiwan market, we are now expanding to Hong Kong, Japan, and the APAC & LATAM market.

As a Group Product Manager at Dcard, you'll be a member of our product team and drive our business forward, and work closely with brilliant designers, product managers and developers to build products that matter. About Dcard Product Team

You will collaborate closely with product team to shape product strategies across different teams, decomposing them and giving teams dedicated remits in different aspects. In Dcard’s Product Team, you will face challenges on how to deliver product fulfilling users needs, interact with various stakeholders, and create user-centric experiences with millions of users and the next evolutionary step for Dcard.
 

What you'll do

  • Drive and motivate product managers to build effective long-term product strategies that is align with company mission and vision.
  • Lead and manage product team form product ideas into concept, and all the way to product launch.
  • Work with stakeholders across the company to prioritize and deliver on multi-team roadmaps.
  • Coach and mentor Product Managers by growing their capabilities, and creating the environment for the team to be successful.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of product team management experience, and have led two or more teams.
  • 5+ years of experience in large scale global product management.
  • Be able to communicate cross-culturally
    • Business level Mandarin
    • Business level English
  • Familiar with various methods and tools for product management, verification, and building MVPs, preferably with product go-to-market experience.
  • Strong business acumen and proficient analytical skills. Can disassemble the problem that you observe and infer the sources behind the problem with logic.
  • Excellent communication skills and know-how to coordinate and cooperate with different roles in the company.
  • Believe in Human-Centered Design. Not only care about what we do but also care more about the reasons for what we do.

Our Recruiting Process

All processes are expected to be completed within 2-4 weeks, our hiring process is subject to adjustment based on individual circumstances:

  • 1st Interview - You’ll have a 30-minute session with one of the People Business Partners (HR), where we would want to get to know more about your experience and background, what you’re passionate about..etc. You’ll also have an interview with the Product team members for more discussion related to your projects and understanding of different products.
  • 2nd Interview - You’ll have interviews with our Product Director and Lead, Talent Operations Manager (HR Manager), and our CEO, which will last for 120 minutes, where we will get to know more about your experience and discuss your expectation in our team.

薪資範圍

面議(經常性薪資達4萬元)
