工作內容
          對於希望在統一通信行業中發展的大專/大學畢業生,技術支援專員是具挑戰性的角色。 此職位是Deltapath的入門級畢業生職位,並且是我們的技術支援團隊中具有潛力的職位(職位可以晉升至技術支援工程師,技術團隊主管,系統/現場工程師,開發,諮詢和培訓專家,項目經理, 服務經理等)。
	- Oversight of global Deltapath UC infrastructure;
 
	- Managing client VOIP on-boardings
 
	- Day to day management of VOIP infrastructure;
 
	- Troubleshooting VOIP related support tickets
 
	- Perform Quality Assurance and Testing on hardware/software products
 
	- Setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting on IT systems
 
	- Handle ad hoc duties assigned by senior management
 
	- Capable to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and complete deliverables in an accurate and timely manner.
 
         
        
          條件要求
          
	- Higher Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline
 
	- Hands-on experience on Linux server setup and troubleshooting
 
	- Team player with good analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
 
	- Independent, hardworking and self-motivated
 
	- Good command of English, and Mandarin (Cantonese is a plus)
 
	- Familiar with IP-PBX, IP Phones, gateways, POE switches, Video Conference equipment is an advantage
