【Job Description】
We’re seeking a seasoned Design Engineer to manage inherited LSC/WBG SIC SBD projects, analyze legacy DOE data, and lead the team in developing cutting-edge products. The duties of this role involve planning technology roadmaps, simulating plans, and interfacing with Fabs PIE & PE. An ideal candidate should possess a strong background in semiconductor design and process engineering.
【Key Responsibilities】
• Take ownership of inherited LSC/WBG SIC SBD projects and analyze legacy DOE data.
• Study and interpret the simulation results corresponding to the legacy DOE.
• Develop the SIC SBD technology roadmap based on process capabilities.
• Provide and execute simulation plans to support the technology roadmap.
• Lead and guide the team to craft state-of-the-art products and drive new technology & product development activities from concept to production.
• Accomplish additional tasks delegated by the supervisor.
【Qualifications】
• A Bachelor's degree in EE, Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field.
• More than 6 years of experience in the semiconductor industry as a design engineer or a process engineer.
• Proficiency in discrete layout, device, and process development.
• Capability to create mask layouts and utilize TCAD for process/structure/device simulation.
• Comprehensive knowledge of process technologies essential for diodes and rectifiers.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and optimize processes to enhance product yield and performance.
