1. 國外進口貨物追蹤
2. 國內物流進出貨管理
3. 庫存管理,新訂單設立
4. 解決消費者商品使用問題,FB粉絲團即時回應處理
5. 老客戶 CRM - 規劃 EDM Campaign,促進會員回購與新會員的消費
6. 協助公司處理一般行政事務

We are now looking for a talent to join us and take a lead role in order fulfillment and customer service for our growing e-commerce platform, 8THNS.
More specifically, this position will be responsible for:

- All aspect of order fulfillment including inventory management, domestic and international drop shipping control, order tracking to make sure all customer orders are delivered
- Online based customer service to handle customer inquiries and after-sale services to build friendly user experiences

條件要求

1. 1 ~ 2 年以上電商物流、會員管理相關經驗
2. 沒經驗可,只要具備願意學習成長的心,充滿熱忱與責任感,做事有效率,總是追求完美。
3. 頭腦清楚具備良好溝通與表達能力,樂於團隊合作
4. 英文聽說讀寫良好,簡單口語溝通
5. 基本電腦使用經驗 (Office / Google 工具),擅長於學習新的軟體工具
