About the Role:
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing tasks throughout entire project executions to achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivering projects that provide exceptional business value across project stakeholders and external users.
1. 負責各專案時程、資源、範疇，並確認專案開發成果與公司階段性目標相契合
2. 分析產品規格及與平台相容性，撰寫及規劃整合流程
3. 協調專案人力、跨部門溝通，檢討並改進工作流程
The task of the Role:
1. Understand short-term and long-term goals and how they relate to company goals.
2. Analyses issues, identifies risks, reports accordingly to management, and proposes solutions to be implemented.
3. Supports business initiatives and ensures good coordination and collaboration between the teams between departments to achieve successfully projects milestones and goals.

[Essential]
* Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline.
* 2+ years of experience on project management.
* A team player with strong communication skills is highly preferred.
* An understanding of the software development lifecycle.
* Detail oriented and a strong focus on quality. Must be organized, with excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
*Project management experience with a proven track record of driving initiatives through successful execution and ability to influence stakeholders.
*Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.
1. SCRUM experience is a plus.
2. E-commerce experience is a plus.
3. Enthusiastic on digital platforms and willing to learn and try the various methods.
