Responsibilities
- Manage overall office administration, including but not limited to office lease management, office supplies purchase/rental, asset management.
- Manage companywide phone system, letters and package.
- Facilitate hiring process including arranging for interview appointments, providing and monitoring recruitment status updates.
- Manage welfare policy, including group insurance claims and contract review.
- Support HR & General Affairs related projects
Qualifications
- Team player and self-driven person.
- General Affairs experience is plus.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent practical experience
- Familiar with google documents and ios system are plus.
