工作內容

HR sourcing, recruiting, managing
Accounting suppliers, customers (quotes, invoicing, relation with accountant, etc.)
Administration of human resources (wage wires, work contracts, health contracts, etc.)
Monitoring office budgets
Organising the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment- Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
Organising induction programmes for new employees
Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date
Handling staff recruitment and appraisals
Organising meetings with staff
Agenda management
Call handling
Mail & E-mail management
Events organization
Welcoming guests
Legal issues management (formal notices to send or reply to, relation with lawyers...)
Office Atmosphere & Decoration management
Help spreading the "Culture" feeling in the office
Reports for senior management and delivering presentations
Set up a cool ambiance at Formosa Financial
Represent the company with investment bankers and investors

條件要求

Fluent in English and Chinese
min 3 years of related work experience
MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Google suite
