【 What you'll do 】

• Play a lead role in the management and implementation of procurement strategies
• Be the ODM relationship owner and manage business escalations
• Lead ODM selection, contract negotiation and cost management
• Close cross-function collaboration to develop procurement strategies aligned with overall company business plan and roadmap
• Conduct detailed financial analysis (such as market analysis, BOM analysis, etc.) and set cost-saving goals
• Build system to track key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve efficiency
• Create procurement policies and processes and ensure effective implementation
• Proactively seek out qualified suppliers with innovative components and/or unique capabilities that could improve overall business operations

【 Who you are 】

• 7+ years experience ODM/OEM management with global enterprise consumer electronic brands experience
• Solid understanding of procurement policies and practices
• Skilled in building and managing lasting relationships with Asia based vendors
• Strong communication skills, including presentation and negotiation abilities
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent knowledge in using spreadsheets, report creation & presentation
• Advanced Excel capabilities (macros, pivot tables, reports)
• Ability thrive in a start-up like, dynamic and flexible environment
• Strong initiative and proactiveness in driving key projects & team
• Highly capable of independently operating and using your own initiative in a flexible & dynamic organization
