We're looking for a talented【 Senior Technical Recruiter】who is truly passionate about spotting and recruiting the best talents with start-up and innovation spirits. You will work closely with hiring managers and the HR team to identify the talent needs, devise recruiting strategies, and independently explore qualified candidates to fulfill the hiring demands.

【 What you'll do 】
- Drive and manage end-to-end recruitment for positions including but not limited to technical talent.
- Create effective recruitment strategies through deep understanding of business drivers and goals, org structure, responsibilities, strengths/weaknesses
- Identify and explore effective and creative recruiting channels for sourcing and attracting qualified candidates.
- Plan and coordinate recruitment activities (job fairs, campus events, etc.) to strengthen employer branding and hiring effectiveness.
- Optimize overall interviewing and onboarding processes to increase efficiency and ensure a pleasant candidate experience
- Play the role of culture keeper and ensure we hire not only technically capable talent but also individuals who can add value to Tomofun's unique culture
- Proactively engage potential candidates to pitch Tomofun job opportunities
- Source, pre-screen, shortlist and interview qualified candidates.
- Have the opportunity to be involved in other HR projects as well! Learning and growth is top priority for our talents!
【 Who you are 】
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 3 years of experience in technical recruiting experience with proven experience and passion hiring top talent and providing staffing solutions
- Experience recruiting software engineering related functions, including but not limited to AI, mobile development, backend, frontend, software development in test etc.
- Experience directly working with hiring managers
- Keeps up to date about the ever changing technical talent landscape
- Capable of prospecting passive candidates and delivering excellent candidate experience
- Approaches recruitment with an analytical and data driven mindset
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills in both English and Mandarin
- Great team player and active learner with agility, innovation and can-do attitude
- Love pets as much as we do!
