We are looking for an Accounting Manager to supervise, track and evaluate day-to-day activities. Accounting Manager's responsibilities include establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting information.

【 What you'll do】
・Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:
_1_ month and end-year process
_2_ accounts payable/receivable
_3_ cash receipts
_4_ general ledger
_5_ treasury, budgeting
_6_ cash forecasting
_7_ capital assets reconciliations
_8_ fixed asset activity
・Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
・Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
・Coordinate and complete annual audits
・Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
・Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
・Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
・Meet financial accounting objectives
・例行會計傳票覆核，憑證審核
・現金流量管控
・總帳帳務調整、合併沖銷財報編製
・每月帳務結算、月結管理報表編製
・按時完成各集團主體、年度審計工作
・前端作業流程與系統、帳務流程串接之規劃、建議及流程改善
・內部控制管理流程規劃
・達到財務會計目標
・其他主管交辦相關事項
【 Who you are 】
・BS degree in Accounting or Finance
・5+ years of accounting related experience
・At least 3 years working in the Auditing Department of Top 4 Accounting Firms
・Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
・Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
・Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
・High attention to detail and accuracy
・Ability to direct and supervise
・Business level English proficiency
・Project management experience is preferred
・會計相關科系之大學學歷
・5年以上工作經驗
・具備3年以上四大事務所審計相關工作經驗
・熟悉MS Office、會計軟體與資料庫
・具備操作大量數據之能力
・熟悉會計核算，了解會計原則、會計實務、會計準則及相關法律規範
・注重細節與準確度
・具備團隊管理經驗（1年以上主管經驗尤佳）
・具備良好英文溝通能力（國外溝通經驗尤佳）
・具備專案管理執行經驗尤佳
