【About the role】
We are looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Director who cares deeply about creating outstanding user experiences to run our community engagement and retention efforts. You will focus on delivering and analyzing subscription retention metrics and continuous testing of new initiatives to increase engagement and minimize churn. The right person will be excellent in understanding our customers’ needs, collaborating with Tomofuners across our EU, US and JP offices, and will be comfortable in a fast-paced, flexible environment. You will take on a rapidly growing existing customer base and be working to ensure that Furbo continues to be their favorite dog camera.

【What you’ll do】
．Define, pilot, and rapidly iterate customer onboarding, retention, and referral marketing campaigns: from strategy to creative ideation, execution, and reporting results.
．Working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Business Intelligence, Product) to develop a new predictive model to proactively identify users most at risk to churn in order to target efforts to keep them engaged.
．Analyze the impact of email, paid ads, push and in-app notifications to report on the effectiveness of existing initiatives and identify new opportunities for growth.
．Partner with our Product team to test and deploy improvements to the user journey to decrease churn (e.g., personalized recommendations, better retry logic of failed payments, etc.)
．Develop an understanding of what the Furbo community needs, accounting for differences in region, language, and segment. Deliver community programs and communications to address those needs.
．Build advocate programs to identify loyal and happy customers to improve reviews and referral.
．Work with the regional marketing teams (North America, Europe, and APAC) to oversee marketing campaigns and strategies globally.
【 Who you are 】
．5+ years of relevant experience, including retention marketing for a consumer subscription business
．Excellent analytical skills – ability to formulate logical, data-driven business insights and test new ideas to improve retention
．Ability to identify, prioritize, and focus on the tasks that drive the most value
．A self-starter with the ability to design tests and measure outcomes
．Knowledge of marketing automation and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, MailChimp, Shopify)
．A customer-centric mindset and experience collaborating with the team to achieve a cohesive customer journey
．You love dogs. Preferably you have one (or many)!
．Has excellent command of English, able to communicate in Chinese is a nice-to-have
