【工作內容】
- Manage the English social media accounts of Furbo, including creating and executing campaigns that increase overall brand awareness and engagement
- Leverage social channels to communicate customer success stories
- Create, grow, and nurture the Furbo community
- Reach out to potential influencers & maintain those relationships personally from onboarding on to ensure a quality experience
- Partner with global team to deliver best practice strategies and constant recommendations
- Think creatively and passionately about ways in which we can make every community interaction as meaningful as possible
【徵求條件】
- Fluent in English and understand American culture & trends
- 1+ year of relevant work experience in social media community management
- Empathy, warmth, curiosity, humility and a wicked sense of humor
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Must love, love, love dogs!
