About the role
As part of the APAC Regional Marketing team, you will own all aspect of marketing for the China market. You are a data-driven marketer who thrives at the intersection of digital marketing, product branding, social media management, digital media buying, KOL, PR, and data analysis. You will be responsible for ensuring a globally aligned and locally relevant marketing strategy for China. This role is based in Taiwan with frequent visits to China.

What you'll do
-Collaborate with our HQ team to define and map out the China market penetration strategy
-Develop tactical plans and implement day-to-day activities of marketing campaigns
-Lead the strategy and approach for acquiring new customers in the China pet market across all potential online channels
-Stay abreast of emerging digital marketing trends, identify and manage brand exposure opportunities and bring fresh, creative thinking to leverage growth tactics in the most surprising and effective ways
-Manage local agencies to well execute e-commerce, social marketing campaigns and drive performance.
-Work with the global marketing team and function team to execute marketing campaigns in China
-All other marketing related support in APAC team

Who you are
-Fluent in Chinese, understand China media landscape and customer insight
-Experienced in China e-commerce marketing, especially Taobao & Tmall
-Knowledge of online marketing and analytics tools (e.g., WeChat OA Platform, Alimama, Google Analytics)
-3+ years of relevant work experience in branding, digital marketing, social media management, digital media buying, PR and data analysis
-Agile and able to adapt quickly. Can operate in a high growth business where change is constant and flexibility is key to ensure success for the greater team
-Must love, love, love dogs!
