社群行銷經理 Social Marketing Manager

[Position Impact]
We are looking for a social and content marketing professional to join our digital marketing team. This position will be responsible for developing the social media strategy and managing the day-to-day operations of Geber’s and our client’s social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. The primary goal of the social marketing efforts is to increase brand awareness and establish thought leadership in the Taiwanese and/or global market. Success in this role will be determined by the ability to create a clearly defined content and social media strategy that aligns with communication objectives and delivers performance-driven results.

[Responsibilities and Expectations]
• Manage social and digital channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, to increase followers, impressions, and engagement. In addition, be responsible for performance tracking and reporting.
• Plan and develop social content and/or campaigns, and manage the day-to-day operations of each social account, engaging/communicating with followers.
• Conduct SEO analysis and perform keyword research to optimize content and improve channel performance.
• Develop communication messages, digital always-on strategies, and content calendar.
 

[Requirements]
• Ideally 3 years+ experience in social marketing/ digital marketing
• Hands-on and proven experience in driving growth and engagement on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn is a must.
• Excellent Chinese copywriting skills (native level) and data-driven storytelling to effectively translate brands, products and solutions into social posts that drive engagement.
• A result-driven self-starter who can set clear KPIs and deliver results.
• Experience working in digital/content, tech or social agencies is a plus.
